Shipping
Ideally, we want our Shipping to be as fast as possible, but it might take 1 - 2 business days before your package can be en route to your location.

Due to the nature of having our stock located across several warehouses around Australia and sometimes the world, deliveries on all orders can vary based on warehouse and supplier stock levels. We appreciate that this can take some time to arrive however in order to give you peace of mind, the OzLED team provide tracking on all orders. Shipping Costs
Whilst every attempt to ensure the shipping calculator on our website is correct, OzLED retains the right to contact any customer if the items ordered exceed the standard shipping weights that can be calculated online or in relation to any shipping costs outside a reasonable figure. OzLED retains the right to cancel any order if contact can not be made. This is generally the case with larger products (ie Lightbars, Arrow Boards and some other assorted products). You will be contacted by the OzLED team at the first available chance to discuss alternate delivery costs and arrangements after purchase if this applies to your order.

Time Frame
From the moment deliveries have been fulfilled within our warehouses, the delivery within Australia can take up to 14 Working Days. In the rare occurrence that your orders take longer than 14 working days or more from the day you ordered them please contact us to locate your items.

We're committed to providing you the best experience, However, please contact us first in order to give you an ETA on your parcels. Any delivery times longer than what's mentioned above occur in less than 1% of orders as we place a major emphasis on ensuring that you get the fastest order processing possible.

Lost Shipments
While very rare, occasionally courier services can lose or misplace packages. In the case that you believe this has happened please contact the sales team to investigate with the selected courier. It's important to note that should the courier company provide proof of delivery in line with their services, OzLED cannot be held responsible for the delivery and will not provide any replacement items. 

Incorrect Ship To Addresses, Ordering Incorrect Items, And Requesting Changes To Existing Orders

  • The customer is responsible for making sure their order is accurate (shipping address, shipping method, and items ordered including sizes, vehicle fitments and compatibility, colours and quantities). We will attempt to correct your mistake if we can but it is not always practical.
  • If possible, we can attempt to change the shipping to address once the package has been shipped, however, we are completely subject to the shipping company’s policies. If the address can be changed, a $10 service charge may apply.
  • We will not be responsible for errors made by customers entering or providing incorrect information. We will not reship the order for free, nor pay for the incorrect items to be shipped back to us. Items needing to be returned are subject to our Return Policy.
